Celebrities might be held up as the pinnacle of perfection, but that doesn't mean that you can't climb to stardom with a few flaws.
There are a surprising amount of celebrities with crooked digits, addition appendages and other unusual deformities, but how many of these did you know about before?
Ke$ha: Tail
The pop star spoke out to Heat magazine about how upset she was to loose her birth gift. She explained:
It was a tiny tail, about a quarter of an inch, then they chopped it off and stole my tail. That was when I was little. I'm really sad about that story
And no, that baby in the picture isn't Ke$ha. Sorry!
Harry Styles: Four Nipples
He joked around with the British tabloid, the Sun about his little extras and told:
I must have been a twin, but the other one went away and left its nipples behind
Gerard Butler: Deformed Ear
He spoke out to the press and explained that:
I didn't realize it until I had to shave my head for Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. Everyone went, 'Holy f**k, one ear sticks out way more than the other one!' And we literally had to glue it back
Ashton Kutcher: Webbed Toes
I have slightly webbed toes. When everything else is this good-looking, something has to give.
Denzel Washington: Freakishly Bendy Finger
Washington isn't afraid to have some fun with his unusual feature and his Manchurian co-star, Kimberly Elise, told People Magazine that:
He has this pinkie that goes out of joint and he’d freak you out with it. He’ll tell a child, ‘come and touch my pinkie,’ and it will collapse.
Megan Fox: Club Thumb
Fox has two clubbed thumbs which is a condition scientifically known as brachydactyly. Visual symptoms involve short digits with broad nails that somewhat resembles big toes. Fox joked on the Jay that:
I was talking to my mom … and she was like, “Oh, I ate tuna every day when I was pregnant with you,” I was wondering if that was what happened to my thumbs. They’re weird and they’re really fat and there’s like a weird knuckle
Karolina Kurkova: No Belly Button
Karolina Kurkova had surgery as a child that has left her without a belly button. One is normally photoshopped in for photographic campaigns, but when she walks the runway, Kurkova rocks her natural imperfection.
