These days, we're hardly surprised when Miley Cyrus decides that she definitely can't go without flashing at least a little flesh. In fact, she appears naked so often that she really leaves nothing to the imagination, often posing in slews of naked photoshoots and parading around in her birthday suit in music videos, usually hand-in-hand with an erratic twerk here and there.
Indeed, even her personal Instagram is laden with nudes, albeit she usually blocks out her
nipples - take a look at this stellar post as an example for instance:

This time however, the pop queen has had a bit of a 'wardrobe malfunction' that did not seem premeditated at all!
Posting a selfie snap on her Instagram page, Miley showed off her bright orange wig and skimpy tank top, and accidentally let something else slip, too.
At first glance, it seems that there is really nothing wrong with this picture at all. Yet, if you look closely, you can clearly see that her nip has taken a tiny tumble out of her top!
And although many of her fans didn't even pick up on the exposure, other commenters had a lot to say about her nipple peeking out.
One wrote:

"No, it’s a toe. [...] do u c it tho? It took me a couple looks.”However, don't be so shocked because this isn't the first time that the pop princess has freed her nips. Notably she is a big supporter of the Free The Nipple campaign - a movement that stands up against the censorship of women's breasts in the media.
So perhaps her recent exposure is a subtle nod towards her contribution to the movement?
